Author Guidelines

SUBMISSION POLICY

Authors should submit their menuscripts in Words format through the Submission menu available on the JDIEF website. All manuscripts must be prepared according to the Journal of Dissemination in Inclusive Economics and Finance author guidelines.

Uppon submission, authors will receive a confirmation notice along with submission declaration forms that must be completed and signed before the editorial team can process the manuscript.

PREPARING A RESEARCH ARTICLE

Each manuscript must include a reference list containing only the cited works, prepared using Mendeley. Each entry should contain all the data needed for unambiguous identification. References must follow the APA author‑date citation style.

Format

  • Manuscripts should be typed on A4 paper (210mm x 297mm).
  • Use 12‑point Times New Roman font, with 1.5 line spacing, except for indented quotations.
  • Save the manuscript as a Word file.
  • All pages, including tables, appendices, and references, must be serially numbered.
  • Spell out numbers from one to ten, except when used in tables, lists, or with units (e.g., three days; 3 kilometers; 30 years).
  • All other numbers should be expressed numerically.
  • Authors are encouraged to use the JDIEF template provided on the journal website.

Language

  • Manuscripts must be written in good academic English.
  • Spelling follows Webster’s International Dictionary.
  • To ensure anonymous review, authors should not identify themselves directly or indirectly in their papers.
  • A single author should not use “we.”
  • Authors for whom English is not their native language are encouraged to have their papers checked for grammar and clarity before submission.
  • JDIEF uses Grammarly to help eliminate language errors. Manuscripts should not contain more than 250 grammar errors and must have less than 5% plagiarism indicators.

Article Length

  • The article should be between 4000-7000 words.
  • Word count excludes tables, figures, and references.
  • Manuscripts shorter or longer than this range may be returned for revision before consideration.

Title Page

  • Article Title: Specific, effective, and no more than 20 words.
  • Author’s Name and Affiliations: Full name, institutional affiliation, and email.
  • For multiple authors, provide details for the corresponding author(s).
  • Author details will be placed on the About the Author (short CV) page.

Abstract

  • The abstract should stand alone (no citations).
  • Concisely state the purpose, methods, findings, and value of the manuscript.
  • Must be clear and nontechnical, yet informative.
  • Length: 100–200 words.
  • Presented in English on a separate page immediately preceding the text.

Keywords

  • Provide of five keywords that are specific and reflect the essential content of the article.

Main Article Structure

  • Introduction: Purpose, motivation, methods, and findings.
  • Literature Review: Relevant theories and prior studies.
  • Methods: Sampling, data collection, and measurement.
  • Results: Statistical analysis and findings.
  • Discussion: Restate purpose, summarize contributions, relate findings to literature, explain unexpected results, discuss implications, highlight limitations, and suggest future research directions.
  • Conclusion: Brief conclusions and suggestions for further research.
  • Limitations: Critical reflection on flaws or constraints affecting validity.

  • Use reference management tools (Mendeley)
  • Follow APA style consistently.
  • Authors are encouraged to use the JDIEF manuscript template.

Artwork

  • Provide high‑quality artwork for all illustrations.
  • Tables and figures must be numbered separately (Table 1, Table 2; Figure 1, Figure 2).
  • Each table and figure should have a title and be presented on a separate page at the end of the manuscript.
  • Figures and tables reproduced from published work must include permission from the original publisher or copyright holder.
