Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The manuscript has not been previously published, and is not under consideration for publication in another journal (or has been explained in Comments to the Editor).
  • This submission meets the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • The similarity value of the text and AI writing of the manuscript must be < 20% based on Turnitin checking.
  • Manuscripts that have been sent may not be withdrawn until there is a decision from the Board of Editors. If withdrawn, the author will be penalized by 1 x Article Processing Charge (APC).
  • Uphold publication ethics by only submitting this manuscript to one journal (Scientific Journal of Informatics). Double submission is not allowed.

Copyright Notice

The copyright of the received article once accepted for publication shall be assigned to the journal as the publisher of the journal. The intended copyright includes the right to publish the article in various forms (including reprints). The journal maintains the publishing rights to the published articles.
